Buying Strategy

Veganism has seen an 360% increase over the past ten years making it the fastest growing lifestyle movement. For my final year buying strategy project, I have developed a vegan range for the retailer &Other Stories. A vegan range is an appropriate strategy for the brand to diversify and achieve competitive advantage in a saturated red ocean market, of which they are currently competing.
