Strategic Report: Internationalisation Strategy for Off-White


In order to gain market share, an internationalisation expansion strategy has been created for Off-White to open physical stores in Germany -a relatively young luxury fashion market. The strategy relies heavily on new promotional content, involving more diverse range of contributors, models and influencers. 

A new sustainability focused promotional strategy will also run alongside the main promotions, to further the brands image as an environmentally conscious brand.
